Spring Wish List

While the post holiday sales are winding down, Zara posted their new Spring Collection. I can't wait!

Surprisingly most of the silhouettes are still slim and skinny, I thought they'd be expanding into wide legs trousers and bell bottoms big time. Anyway, hitting up on the orange trend, what do you think of these skinny khakis?



I love them but am not sure if I'd tackle them, but I'm in for a skinny red denim!

Then, WWW have turned me onto the rainbow stripes trend and I love this skirt.



I also have a replacement for those leopard print pumps I was so good to pass up (on sale, last pair in my size). The wedge makes it so new.



I also really want some form of pleated full skirt and these fit the bill, I wish the first was longer, but maybe on my 5'4" frame it wouldn't look that short?!

I sure wish hubby had told me there was a huge wrinkle in my skirt! The winter static is really annoying me, my hair, my coat and scarf and my skirt apparently...

Again I wore my oxfords at school which I like much more than the pumps. I found a huge slash in the tights, no idea how it happened?! I will try and stitch it up and hopefully the pattern won't make it obvious!

Yes, I have a new favourite! I really wish it was warm enough to wear them out with shoes, I still have to put my boots that really don't go with the style. I actually wore them with my heeled oxfords in school, but I left them there... ugh, winter!

I was excited to find out this morning that Target (read Targé) is coming to Canada! Yay!



Read more here but apparently they will be taking over Zellers locations and roll out will be 2014.

Closet Expansion: Post-Boxing Day Grabs

Ok I know it seems like I just went on a rampage, but really no more!

So I passed by Feet First (to become Locale) where there is still 30% off sale prices and stumbled upon these lovelies. I thought how perfect! A classic black pump, nice tall heel made comfortable with a great platform. What do you think, work appropriate (if I can manage them) or too hoochie?

I also went by Zara and got another pair of high-waist pleated pants for a ridiculously low price so I thought I'd buy them some friends. Perfectly suited friends: heeled oxfords.

Now I didn't actually wear the shoes because -4C is too frigid for no socks, so I cheated and slipped on my flat oxfords at school, what winter footwear would you suggest to style with these pants?

Closet Expansion: Boxing Day Grabs

Every year I brave the crowds boxing day shopping with my sister Miss A and it sure paid off this year.

I was able to check another item off my wishlist, but I ended up getting these boots in this taupe colour.

Yes I've already worn this outfit! I've just proved my 80-20 rule (that one wears 20% of their wardrobe 80% of the time).

I also picked up this awesome jacket at Banana Republic.



I got many more goodies but you'll just have to wait and see.
